They pretty thoroughly dominated PRIES. Game 2 was just over 15 minutes. Looked good from what I could see while at work.

Yeah they played with one of their official subs, Sh4dowehhh, no Artstyle.
Still they looked very impressive, admittedly vs a lesser team in the Dota 2 food chain, but that's what you would want them doing.

I remember a couple times, he'd pudge safelane, rush a BoTs and wreak havoc. but yeah I don't remember him not midding in like a year

Navi resorting to rat and split push, what atrocity!

Missed the first game now. Worth checking VODs?

Nah. I missed the first part of the game, but I'd assume navi got several track kills here and there to get a decent lead. But fn's Jugg never died and was top of networth for quite a bit. navi had no way to deal with jugg. So they just split push with Ember/Tiny while Bounty scouts (Ember got big). Jugg still unkillable and #1 networth until Invoker farmed Hex. Then 1 Hex gank into top rax + Jugg buyout. Another hex gank on Jugg into GG.
Basically navi split push all the way.

Navi will be at the Starladder/i-League finals in Minsk. OG and Ehome withdrew, so there were 3 slots for 3 teams in the last chance qualifier.

In fact no, Bounty died iirc 3 of the 4 first deaths. The lead wasn't at all that big but NaVi always had better lategame.

For those who didn't catch the series vs Vega: - Impressive first game from Sonneiko - Sonneiko's Pudge in game three plus triple rapier Ember from Ditya Ra (4 in fact but one was stolen and then recovered by ArtStyle)

A good showing by Navi, disappointing they didn't win. But, to their credit, they were not only playing with a sub but a sub that played support with Artstyle on scaryface and he had to mid. And it showed, so despite that handicap, they still nearly won the series is a testament to thier improvement.
Here is hoping for a good old fashioned Navi victory at Starladder!

Here is hoping for a good old fashioned Navi victory at Starladder! He played a really good Invoker tho, not so good on Zues and his WR had to safelane and got badly bullied. A shame they couldn't win. Hope they can show good results in SL

He came back on the invoker, Bzz beat him badly in lane, probably more then should of happened. He came back well, but they made great space that game for it to happen. Had a really good fight, didn't happen game 5.
