Getting a bit sick, or rather ill, for the brits, right now which is unfortunate, as my colleague's wife might give birth any given day and the longer he stays the easier it is for me to get into things. I'll have to pull my weight soon enough so I'm kinda stressed out by being thrown right into things, but on the other hand I'm confident enough to think I'll be able to do that and this is so much better than the old job. Ten hours on the job (including breaks) feel way shorter than 8.5 before that. It also helps a lot that my parents support me with free housing until we can secure a place. May they be blessed! glad to hear you're at least enjoying your new job more than the old one, hope you get into things quicker and soon :D

And I have a bunch of meetings I have to go to tomorrow, so it'll be fun. Always a classic to force ill employees to work so they can be super not productive and maybe even spread their disease. Quick recovery to you!

Oh, it's actually not my work lol. It's for my master's. One of the meetings is virtual and one is for my independent study - I can't really miss it (it needs to happen this month and there are like 4-5 people scheduled for it). I'll wear a mask though I think.

I recommend all Tim Rogers, former Sony employee and developer of Video Ball, makes. His video for Xenoblade 2's localization is stellar.
