I think a court in the US said something like "It's gambling, but it's niche and baseball cards are part of our heritage, so we can just ignore it". So I fully expect to see it banned for anyone <18 eventually, and probably banned from entire states after there are some horror stories emerging (I'd guess some of the deep south states where gambling is still totally illegal). Unless of course, virtual trading cards flop entirely (I doubt it). | ||

don't fukn price gouge me with this bullshit Just charge me a price that appropriately corresponds to the development cost asshole. Having singles available on a free market is an improvement but the larger issue is that the pricing model of card games is a useless relic from the '80s | ||
