Its never coming out. It will live in development hell and only get a demo as a pack in with the Quiet Man 2.

This guys is why I don't get excited about new releases except for Super Neptunia RPG coming out on the Switch. Might actually go buy one now... although as someone who reads manga that gets translated by random people on the internet I can sympathize with the struggle.

It's not a dream apartment that i'd be happy to settle down in, but it's a decent completely fine with no real issues apartment, and it's 54 square meters for one person. Also rent's low because it's out in the middle of nowhere and there's a supermarket literally right across the street and it's a 15 minute busride to my job.

All in all, pretty good, still gonna look for better once i feel confident i'm sticking with that job long term.

Low investment in housing early on is good. You can figure out what the area is like and then move to someplace that won't drive you crazy.

And 15 minutes to work sounds delightful.

I bought pokémon let's go, i'm prepared for it to be a subpar pokémon game that i'll enjoy but still complain about because of what could've been if not for the dumb phone game gimmicks

I'm going to start up Lets Go. I'm cautiously hyped about it, in that I think the capture gimmick could improve the game because who has time for random encounters. But we'll see, it could end up a grind.

The bigger thing I'm worried about is it may push off finishing up Hollow Knight which deserves to be finished for being a such an amazing game. It's definitely the sort of game that would be comfortable in a 'best of class' list.

I watched a runthrough of pokemon lets go. It looked a lot like what I"d want out of a pokemon game except that it's on switch, which kinda precludes me from playing it. Maybe there will be decent emulators some day I haven't investigated it.

The switch emulator has some hilariously high paced development (They already managed to get to in-game on Let's go with a save file, and have been able to straight up launch a lot of titles on launch day).

Been playing let's go for a while, it's okay, but the capture shit is just not engaging.
Really would prefer old capture mechanic, in general i feel like this would've been a very fun kanto remake without the dumb hand-holding and phone gimmicks.

Not a terrible game, i'm enjoying it, it just could be so much more.
