If you used your real name for the account you can email them a copy of your ID.
Or maybe you have an NCSoft account (that was seperate form GW1 accounts back in the day) , if you linked those two accounts you might be able to work from there.

The recent update changed the boot order on my wife's X1 tablet and it stopped working for some reason (uefi update boot sequence without a new version to install is my best bet as of yet).
No fucking idea how that can happen.

Elections in Brasil in a couple of months and i don't know wich candidate is worse

1st place in vote intentions haven't even released his candidature because he was sentenced to prison(in first instance, he appealed)

2nd place is trump's lost brother, can't tell a difference even from their followers

3rd won't bring any change to the chaos and corruption happening here (if not make it worse)

I subscribed to a magazine yesterday and when I check to read some new articles I see a flash sale message pop up. Turns out I could have got the subscription for 50% off if I was just a little more patient. Oh well, it's only $6 I lost out on, I'm not incredibly upset.

As someone who works on products that can only have 5 minutes of downtime a year. I can understand how difficult it is to write software upgrades with clean backwards compatibility. It's a PITA for devs at least on the linux side.

e: Thats also probably why they recommend letting windows upgrade itself because that is the path most tested (and supposedly stable)
