I wonder when people are going to start talking about suicide as a serious issue. it's such a pervasive problem in modern society and we just sort of ignore it.

Problem is that, too many think depression is just a state of mind which can be easily cured and not a real disease that needs a full treatment from psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, etc...
More often than not physchologist/therapist are not part of health programs, or they cover way too little, so it's too expensive for patients.

Therapy is too much effort for somebody who is suffering such thing(lack of motivation and self-loathing doesn't help) and expensive. So if i decided to just deal with it. Alot probably would as well

As somebody who lives in a tropical country. My advise is to strip and sleep ( no not kidding sometimes i literally just wear shorts to sleep)
