Actually the ways i heard it used were more as a noun, like "i'm organizing a harambe" (think barn-raising) Source: lived in kenya, harambe is a swahili word

Like waking up and getting for the day is a chore to me now which i used to not even think about. NO STITCH THAT IS NOT AN EXCUSE TO CHEW THE COUCH I've found a new zest for things can be found when you start a new hobby or skill you learn from the ground up. I got into cooking a few years ago and there's always something new to learn or a cuisine you haven't mastered that I push myself to achieve. Wallowing in the same habits over and over or being passive can't help your mentality or enthusiasm for life I find. But I'm not a mental health professional or therapist, so my opinion is very non-expert. I've never been depressed or felt I dropped into a deep hole I can't climb out of, so I might be speaking out of ignorance or too much of a happy-go-lucky mindset where everything can be achieved by just working your way through it all.

Forces you to write since you have a deadline. If you are good and regular you get an audience as well expecting things from you. Plants or pets are other popular stuff. They rely on you to survive so you have to do stuff.

It's not hard to see how dividing up your queue into 4+ roles will by itself multiply your queue time by at least 4
