And then we had to file a motion to reconsider when the appeals court tried to kick it back down to the trial court a second time. The entire motion pretty much said “god, please don’t. You know what will happen.” And for those who are about to ask, judges police themselves. The ignoring appeals court order will get them in trouble with the higher justices. | ||
