also if you lose your lane on most of these heroes you are going to have a very hard time because you have no farming mechanism to catch up, so you have to try to gank without the advantage you'd like to have...its just a very precarious position to put yourself in. conversely, you can pick a retard hero like sf or naga or something and feed your ass off, then hit creeps for 10 minutes and oh look you have the highest networth in the game. | ||

I mean, if you actually manage to lose a lane as Skywrath that's not something absurd like Bane or OD, you probably deserve to lose the game anyway, because you have to get massively outplayed for that to happen. The SD and Rhasta comparisons aren't really great because Rhasta and SD don't gain damage (and consequently, solo-killing ability) from levels nearly as aggressively as Skywrath does. You're also way overstating how easy he is to gank when he has 325 base MS and a 0 animation slow that doesn't requires facing to cast and doesn't interrupt movement. He is reliant on snowballing the game, but at most levels of play where nobody's ever seen a Skywrath mid, you can honestly probably solo-kill their mid laner twice before level 6, and as long as you can leverage that advantage, you can win the game from there. | ||
