In the professional world, you generally don't tell the public(co workers) why you let someone go. It doesn't perfectly line up with Esports, but I think its best to let the player that was let go make the decision to talk about it if they want.

I mean, it's reddit. Not even reddit takes reddit seriously. If someone hadn't already made a dota 2 circlejerk subreddit I would, the dota 2 subreddit still isn't as bad as the sc2 one was when I made the starcraft one.
