You can't do that via motion. At best you can request a judge recuse him or herself by a letter or through an oral request. But they are not going to do so at your request if they have no done so already through their own professional judgment. You can petition a higher court for Judicial disqualification in a specific case if you think they are bias. But if that fails(an it normally does), your case is super fucked before it got started. Hence why most attorneys don't do it. The more you know. | ||
