Bread in America has the same amount of sugar as pie and cake anyways so you are like eating a pie/cake every day except you probably don't put whipped cream on your bread so you got that going for you but at the end of the day that won't matter at all because that hamburger and fries with the large coke (+ refill) makes up for the loss of whipped cream.
