I have Dolphin installed, but forgot about it, I should do that...And the Wii version doesn't have GC controller support, it's stupid.

Heard about it happening in the US ocassionally. Usually just needles buried in beaches - not sure if it's really intentional or even real but I've heard about it for at least a decade.
