this is my experience too. they usually pull creep aggro trying to attack the offlaner then the equilibrium is messed up
then they single pull and never last hit so you get these awkward creep waves
and if they stack and pull or pull through, they do it when the creep wave is pushing to the tower and you are suddenly tanking the wave and being harassed by the offlaner.
but like if you're a shit bag safe lane carry, i wont do things to make your life easier depending on how the lane is. if its melee vs melee and you're pushing the creep wave to their tower, forget your sentry wards vs the riki. im buying shit that will make the other lanes win. not shit for you when you are the sole reason the lane is hard.

if you're rtz it probably feels frustrating to always have to pick 1v5 snowballing heroes cause you teammates aren't slightly reliable at your level(4k's) and the enemy team is always ok (5-6k )

refresher sf works .. there's a suma1l game where he made it work against a legit team (somewhere from ig/vp/lgd/empire/vg)
