Probably worst pubs best scrims since the pro secne is so much better, as opposed to the pubstar-focused NA scene.

I think what most pros have claimed is that EU is the easiest, not the worst. It has the most 5-6k players out of every server (other than maybe China, idk) and in general is more high skill than US servers, but that's also why it's easier for actual pros or 7k players because they get to deal with people who kind of know what they are doing and make their lives easier. If you are the best player in the game on the US servers you kind of have to go mid because you can't trust anyone. I honestly gain MMR easier on EU than I do on the US servers, especially during late night USW games which come down to which high 5k-6k player wins mid and whose 4k's are less idiotic.

edit: actually pick lesh anywhere, i won many games 1v5 with that hero with 30k gold/xp disadvantage
