I think people are just upset that nothing has been confirmed yet the headline reads "inflicted bodily harm/injury" or whatever. It's just standard tabloid level crap that usually gets shit on if it happens in esports (which is why we try to not do tabloid level stuff on LD, lol). If it's confirmed that news would probably have been fine though.

Alright short story longer.
The guy was a fucking idiot - loudest guy in the room, always talking never silent telling people about stories they didn't care about and were just dumb and boring, but too polite to let him shut up. So when an attorney would come in with a case asking for an indictment, fucking idiotface would ask these completely retarded, non-related non-relevant questions that might poke a hole in the attorneys cases. And keep in mind, in GJ everything is taken on record and can be presented in the case (there's a typist girl in the room), so his retarded questions are being written down for the defense or whatever and might have to be removed at a later date by request.
So everytime this guy would start a quesiton the whole room would just get fucking mad and this idiot would ask his retarded quesiton as if he were a defense attorney which isn't our job as a GJ, so I just fucking told him one day to stop asking retarded questions and he got mad and i called him anidiot etc tempers flaired no punches were thrown he said you better watch urself when ur going to ur car etc i lived

i thought the cl6 felony was 1-5 years and the cl3 felony charge can run up 20-life. I'm not saying he'd get the max or anything but I thought I read it was much worse than 1-5 years if convicted on both felony charges. I could be wrong though, I was less than sober when I was reading about it last night.
