I was curious if the official TL dota IRC team could play in the HOTS community tournament but I imagine that will be impossible because: 1) skills will be gated and we aren't going to grind all the heroes to get proper skills 2) we could likely only draft the heroes that are free this week I was wondering if the rules around skill gating/hero accessibility changed at all in pvt custom draft lobbies. I doubt they do because the games entire infrastructure of skill gating and hero availability is fucking stupid for the consumer. | ||

And for like 2-3 matches of any type if you are below level 25 apparently. It's nothing since you likely want to give the hero a shot in a 10-15 minute bot match anyways. | ||
