Edit: For an event or in general? You need to be level 30 to play ranked, so all your shit on heroes you care about is unlocked. And if you don't know a hero, its takes like 2-3 bot/not ranked games to unlock all of it. And really, does anyone want someone in ranked play with a hero they have never used before?
