I liked league too, but the nerf bat drove me away. the funniest thing I find about this is that they're going to be switching to a game that has the exact same problems with development and assuming a new engine is going to make gameplay that much better it's the same shit, different toilet just far less smelly btw I'd like to add that I would vote for gaben if he ran for pres

"USA #1 Healthcare". Is presented with an extensive study from a credible, neutral source showing your previous assessment was inaccurate. "I DONT CARE ABOUT IT LALALALAL." His point is that if you're a bazillionaire, there is no better place to get medical attention than the USA. Which is undoubtedly true. The healthcare system as a whole (overall performance, responsiveness, efficiency, fair financial contribution, etc) is ridiculous but if you're top .001%er it's irrelevant to you. None of those factors matter (resource cost, price per performance index etc) if you can write a blank check to the top hospitals/clinics/research centers/doctors.

But that has nothing to do with healthcare. If you have literally unlimited ressources you just ship all the idiots to your vacation home on a pacific island. That's not even to say that the majority of really prestigious private hospitals are not in the US.
