I don't think there's any other hero that benefits so much from that item than Naga. 1. lifesteal from radiance burn (more units burned, more life back) 2. CDR on key spells and items (illusions and manta) 3. illusions are also getting the lifesteal from it I hope it sticks around. I know RTZ abuses the hell out of that in pubs. | ||
