it's because league players have some sort of inferiority complex from playing what people deem a 'less complex and lower skill cap' game

I don't really know where the angst in the thread comes from TBH. Like some of the hate seems to come from the old SC2 anti league mentality, but I really don't get most of the anger in the thread.

Like TL chose to pick up dota and some people in the SC2 community don't like league, so fuck TL for picking up a team and providing a different, better moderated kind of community? I don't know.

Same goes for monte's tweets

To be fair to league players, a lot of Dota, BW and SC2 super fans and pro players go out of their way to shit on the game for some reason. I can see why some League fans would be grumpy that the biggest SC2 community has now decided to join league if they knew nothing about the site or our community. The SC2 community as a whole is not well known for being open about other games.

I mean, look how SC2 fan treat each other is they play difference races.
