Hey man, I'm also seeing a therapist. That shit does some good! Very good to make the step imo. I haven't felt better than now this year, which I realised a couple days back. Still on sick leave, though already working again. Next couple of weeks will be challenging. But only growth can come out of that! | ||

I was pretty absent of LD for quite some time, and to be fair, it was a bit of dead for some time, so its good to see old people and activity I've been good, been dating this girl, looking good for something a bit more serious, but step by step, for sure. | ||

The last one I saw diagnosed me with like 3 different things that all the others missed. Something to keep in mind is that if you have long-term MDD then the standard therapy that all therapists will try first(CBT) may not be a great fit (it is very good for OCD, though). It became the standard because it's much faster and therefore cheaper, but traditional therapy has much better long-term results, in a recent paper I read. This somewhat validated my feelings on the matter, as every time I tried a CBT therapist I got pissed off and shut down - I hated doing homework even as a child. | ||

Weakly prefer playing it with a controller and the switch handles it fine. * I never got into bastion and have sunk a fuckton of time into hades so Also: I spent hours walking around Brooklyn today and everywhere has been erupting into cheers all day it rules. I walked through a park on the way back and someone was DJing to a big group and as I walked by he said "this one goes out to donald trump" and then started playing "move bitch get out the way" lol | ||
