I've been doing almost the opposite in an incredibly stupid move and have been watching the early seasons of GoT between watching the new season.
Seeing episodes from seasons 1-4 next to season 8 really does me no favors.

My favorite part about conservatives freaking out about being banned from social media platforms is that they keep bringing up section 230 of the 1995 communications decency act, which is the law that makes companies like Facebook immune to liability for things that are posted on them. They are 100% wrong, section 230 does not protect them in any way. But it does raise the profile of a very old law written in the pre-AOL period of the internet that should be updated.
And you know hates that this law is getting discussed: Google, Twitter and Facebook. Because at some point the discussion is going to be "Why can't the families of the Sandy Hook shooting file a lawsuit against Google/Youtube for hosting Alex Jones for all those years? They could go after a TV network if ran a show like that. So why not Youtube?"

David Simon basically writing himself in as a reporter who has no character arc or development was also kinda jarring I like the wire a lot but I think the only drama iv seen that I thought had a really well written ending/final season was The Sopranos

I highly recommend Generation Kill as part of the Simonverse. Never saw Treme or Show Me a Hero though. Excited for his shows on Washington corruption and the CIA's history.
Oh yeah he also has other shows like The Corner and Homicide which I never saw. I like The Deuce, but it's somewhat bland and forgettable compared to his other shows.

Tbh i think so far Season 6 (episode 5) is among the best, Season 2 was kinda weak, 1 and 4 are godlike tho, season 3 was good but too fucking slow
5 seems the worst so far

are gaming laptops easier to sell used vs full fledge pc? im selling my pc and some dude is trading his gaming laptop for my gaming pc, price is more or less comparable considering used parts and all that
and i've been trying to sell it for quite some time so im inclined to accept the deal actually

I would be more inclined to buy a laptop than a tower, simply because I could tell what was in it without having to crack it open and check the parts. Fewer points of failure. Easier to ship too.
Side note: Finally put in the time and beat the Sword Saint in Sekiro. Like every From Software boss, I got up to him and stopped playing for a while because there wasn't a new area to explore after him. He wasn't hard, just took time. Though there is nothing sweeter than getting to that final stage, knowing you can win and dumping fire crackers to just seal the deal.
