Well, also setting expectations helps a lot. If your business plan is "put out the exact same thing but switch up the names" every year and nothing else, well, then the consistency helps. If you hype up every release as the most amazing thing ever, then there's a big boost in anticipation and a huge drop when it doesn't live up to the hype. | ||
