There were newest maps and tourny maps, I think we'll see a newest map fairly soon (at least in dota 1). That fake leaked changelog from a while ago suggests that a bunch of changes are being thrown around right now (something about wanting to see the community reaction to some of those ridiculous changes).
The last major balance patch was in march, generally we get them more frequently than once a year (From what I've seen it's 1-2 major patches a year and then some small balance patches but we haven't even had small balance patches since march outside of bugs or things like TA refraction damage being able to blink).
Also I believe the furion tp thing wasn't a buff to furion, it was from this 6.74c change. - Removed Unexplored Fog of War

The only 1st ban hero that doesn't necessarily need nerfs is furion. The next patch will be very interesting, stuff might shift around quite a bit as TI is the first tournament of this size and I'm sure Icefrog was looking closely how to improve the game
I think they should revert the furion buff where he can tp anywhere, tping to only places where you've had vision was much more balanced
That was no furion buff though, they did this to every hero in the game. It was always supposed to be that way as far as I know, only the wc3 engine didn't allow it or something.
Seer is getting a nerf on Vacuum radius for sure. We are also getting 100% no more vacuum on invulnerable units (naga ult). I think we'll see also a CD increase on Naga ulti. AM, Furi, Lycan, Panda, Invoker, Druid and Morph will take slight nerfs. If the rumored change on Skadi is true (+25 damage), then Morph will probably take a big nerf to compensate for that.
Rest of the heroes are seeing buff. I'm hoping for some big buff on clock, the hero is amazing fun but feel so bad right now.
