I think with exort invoker, you do not need the added damage from phase so you can get away with treads (and the increase attack speed balances out not using wex). But when going QW, you do not have that nice added damage from exort so phase helps for farming (and that early game gank potential is so strong). Edit: Should add, I mostly always go phase for invoker since well... I rarely go exort in pubs | ||
