Lycan 101 for n00bs.
1. Farm vlads, medallion, bkb, boots, aegis by 18 minutes.
2. Always carry a tp.
3. When opponent 4/5 man pushes a tower, counter push hard in opposite lane.
4. Keep pushing until they tp back to stop you, unless your teamates are just 100% melting. A solo lycan can push right through T1 to rax in a couple of minutes. If ANYTHING less than 3 people tp back, ulti, bkb, rape something, keep pushing. If a tinker and profit teleport back, you can rape them both in seconds with lycan.
5. If your counter push takes a tower before your opponents take theirs, it might be worth it to tp back and defend your own with your team. Go back to farming, repeat.
6. Anytime you see 3 or so enemies grouped up, push hard in the opposite direction.
7. Next item is necromicon 3. You can now solo push and back door as well. Enjoy your fresh, tender towers and raxes.
I really hope the other two members of your opponents team included 2 hard disablers, because a line-up of tinker, veno, and profit just looks like delicious, delicious gold for a lycan. Ulti, bkb, insert rape.
Edit: looked up match. Good lord, dude.......they blamed you with clock on the team? Regardless, a lycan should have been able to rip that team up assuming they weren't fed so much...which they were. But they had 0 hard disables, you should have been able to do anything you wanted in that game.
TLDR: Counter-push instead of defending, until the last possible second.

Lol's snowball effect is mostly due to the items:
you get to pick between:
(arbitrary numbers to show relationship)
a 140% cost efficient item that provides mid game stats
and a 120% cost efficient item that provides end game stats
the items that are cheaper are only barely more cost efficient. meaning that gold is the most important thing in LoL.
You will always hit lvl 18 in LoL in game, XP isn't an issue, so all you have is gold to rely on. and cost efficiency becomes less important the more gold you have, and the more gold you have the more end game items you get. end games items have better stats, and bam snowball effect.
dota has items like force staff blink dagger drums euls that you can't Put an exact price on because the utility doesn't have an intrinsic value, and also some of the items are just stupidly cost efficient (drums). Let's you do more with a few key items than in LoL. where Items make less of a swing in team power since all the items are designed to be used together.

It offers a lot more information but holy cow are the stats off right now. I'm not sure what would cause this stats.dota2.be was pretty accurate. DotaBuff for me personally is showing 2% less win rate, and only 58 games played with my friend when it's more like 200-300. A lot of other things are off as well with heroes played, and games with certain people.
Maybe it's off because of the change over. I hope it's improved though.
edit: lol it's showing im 2-1 with my noob friend, when in reality one weekend we went 0-12. Fix stats plox.

•There is no sure way to tell if a match is valid or not. The method were using to see if a match is valid is only 99% accurate. Until Valve adds a sure way for us to tell if a match counts or not, the stats will be slightly different than the ones shown ingame.
•Right now, the friends box only shows games played in the last 2 months. That should explain most of your issues.

They had a way better lineup(although not to counter Lycan)
I saw that you went back to base in the jungle, do not EVER go back to base unless there is an opponent hero in your jungle(which there wasn't), if neccesary ferry in a Salve and or clarity, it will save you a significant amount of time if you just ferry in a salve and a clarity, remember that the entire time spend walking is time you are not farming.
Anyway in general you were just outpicked, laning enchantress and SD against a brood etc, they had way better (laning) picks.

Zeus, Furion, AA, Invoker and Gyro is the combo that we used to do. Spectre won't be able to tele to their fountain. Sun Strike isn't great to kill respawning heroes because the damage is divided among them, but it's great for a single target and early game.

Don't need the real spectre. Radiance + desolate + refraction triggering from the fountain already deals a crap ton of damage.

The new stat site seems pretty cool, but yea the 2 months thing seems legit, because looking at the records, I know they're not my actual records, at least for GPM and denies.

Eh.. If dispersion (I take it you meant dispersion) worked on haunt, you'd be shitting all over teamfights with AoE damagers. It doesn't work like that.
