I'll post again since some people don't get it. It's a joke patch list collaborated with a few testers. It's just our way of suggesting things to icefrog and we get a kick out of doing it. The boots shareable is purely to spark discussion, same as the roshan pit changes. We even created a fake hero just to suggest a hero idea/concept. It's fun hearing the responses from the public though

1/M5 got their Visa but mouz.CWM is denied. Even given the chance of valve interfering, the visa process could take a really long time and he could end up not coming. Comewithme also the #1 choice for Russian teams stand in in case they could have missing players. Mean while vigoss is back and started to practicing, M5 could pull some surprises despite their current terrible performance. 2/Big teams are investing into DotA. Navi, CoL, EG, mTw, Zenith(Razer) has recently put quite a bit into their teams in order to prepare for TI2. Bootcamps has been going on everywhere and teams are rapidly improving. Tier 2 teams which were not invited like PB(tier 1), wolves, Next.Kz, infused are main scrimming partners and it would be interesting if there are any secret strat being leaked from scrim partners. 3/Asia stay quiet, Western rumble. While Asian teams has not been showing any signigficatn changes in term of performance through out the online competitions, Western scene has been very shaky lately. Teams such as CLG, AL or even Darer, M5 are performing very poorly while EG CoL has been rapidly improving in every aspect(boot camp benefit?). If teams keep up with this rate, bottom 8 in TI2 should be really easy to predict before the event start. However, LAN could be a huge factor to close up the gap still. 4/Games are being decided through out ban/pick. Unlike the old western aggressive pushing meta game, with the port in of strong semi carries such as Naga and CK, the meta has been changing constantly and teams are failing to adapt. At this points, teams with more experience competing in DotA1 has shown their true strength in term of pick and ban: EG, Navi or even CoL to a certain extend. Since you simply cant ban all the "imba" hero, getting used to playing them is a necessary task in order to adapt with the new meta. Starting with Furion being leaked out of the first banning phase due to weak laning, teams has been experimental with Lycan leakage to trade for Darkseer since not much teams has ever practice their Lycan strat and thought he is a given ban. Later on we have seen the come back presence of DK in a pushing line up, Chaos Knight for a hyper aggressive ganking strat or just Tiny with scepter+3rd skill to counter most melee carries (Sylla, lycan etc...). The recent comeback of invoker also worth mentioning after his disappearance for almost 1 month. Clearly KoTL and Visage has not yet made their impact in the current meta and could be keys to some special poket strat we could see in TI2. Thoughts?

I don't necessarily have anything to say about 1, 2 and 4. Mostly because I think I kind of lack the knowledge on them, but as far as 3 goes I think its more of Asian teams are practicing nothing but strategy to win TI2, and are doing what ever they can to prevent showing them where as Na'Vi vs PB/Quantic and other American teams that aren't in TI2 are able to practice, practice practice and show off new strats and win these current tournaments. I'm not saying that the Asians teams are purposely losing, but they just don't want to risk winning the big prize at TI2. Or North America is actually just becoming good and I'm stupid. Could very well be the what is happening.
