It's also nice because it gives you that extra chasing ability when you don't have sof to get a good chain off. So unless you're going to just not upgrade your boots until bots they're the best. | ||

Also I think that the movement speed is good for remnants? Because they move at 2x his movement speed so phase helps? | ||

You clearly underestimate the damage and mobility provided by phase boots early game. | ||

There isn't a more cost efficient damage item besides rapier. The alternative is having brown boots and spending your money less efficiently on another damage item. Damage is cumulative. All that matters is how much gold I spent on X damage and that I have enough slots to carry all the items I bought. You're going to have boots so you might as well upgrade them. | ||
