I think it's quite important to have certain items on the same key whenever possible. Like my activatable boots are on S, blink is on A, etc. | ||

Just what I'm used to from War3 DotA. Hotkeys honestly doesnt matter much as long as you are used to them and stick to your pattern so that you can actually use your muscle memory. | ||
