His level 1 and 2 are punishable as hell (though the new offlane makes that a lot harder) and until he gets tranquils he can't sustain himself in lane. He is strong, but most games I've played with him are just the enemy having no idea how to deal with him at all. | ||

Like, would you attach it to say boots and have blink boots? Or, would you say add a recipe that gives it shorter cd/longer range? I dunno, I'm aware that blink doesn't exactly need an extension to be good but I was just kinda thinking about it and couldn't come up with anything good. So I was wondering if anybody else had good ideas? | ||

Is there not a number of games limit before playing Ranked? I thought there was I got matched against someone that has 33 games played and 40% winrate at 5.2k mmr, how can this actually happen? | ||
