lmao you watching the TL vs. RVG series right now?
Sney at the 1 position is not impressive

A bit ago my team randomed lycan twice in a row, it does make you almost feel bad.

I watched him throw a hissy fit after being ganked, dropped all his items and right clicked them. He them charged to lane and died over and over. Literally the worst.
It's not like we haven't seen Dendi grief on stream before? Plenty of pros have done douchey shit on stream. Not everyone is AUI lol

Ahh the old "US guy saying US Player is better, EU guy saying EU player is better"

You know people said Loda was awful for a long time and that his time was over etc? (around TI2) And the whole Xboct 4 thing and what not.
EE is really good and definitely up there as one of the best carries.

Yea to be honest I am not really paying attention to most of these discussions.
To be totally honest I don't even know who EE is

I think the most egregious thing Plansix said is he would take fear for his 'leadership' abilities. I think Fear without a doubt is a better carry than EE, but fear's 'leadership' is probably his worst aspect. He fucked around for YEARS carrying around dead weight and building garbo teams while getting very little out of the players he recruited. It's only been since Fear let go of the 'leadership/captain' role have EG had any meaningful results.
As I said before, I think Fear is the better player but I think EE is a way better leader. Granted PLD is technically the captain for c9, EE has a history of being so goddamn tryhard, that he gets incredible performance out of his teammates and overall drafts (strategically, not in-game) really interesting ideas for his teams to work with. I think the way EE approaches the competitive aspect of the game spills over and makes his teammates want to be just as tryhard to match EE's intensity.
just my 2c.

It's at least pretty absurd to say EE had a more sucessful Dota career than Fear at this point.
|
If i must choose who wins ti4 at this moment it would be c9. the only reason i say this is, is that they are the only team that recently introduced strategies in important games like semi's and finals. They engineer strats for important games, that alone says to me that betting on c9 with EE is never a bad gamble
|
thats not how you spell empire tho
|
So when c9 engineers their strats what do the others team do?

To me it looks like most drafts are based on the patchnumber, not on idea's of themselves. That c9 dared that to show there bnew strat in a semi and a final is admireable.

I've cheered for the Red Sox for over 20 years. Winning and success don't really factor into me being a fan of anyone or anything.
