I don't think most of this is particularly useful.
The dota health and pain commands probably have to do with making the interface a bit cleaner.
Dont mess with cl_ commands. They look good. In TF2 you would have wanted cl_interp 0.333 sometimes but that's particular in TF2 so 0 is good in Dota.
I'm not really seeing anything extraordinary.

I use the disable camera zoom command to make scroll wheel dragging easier.

Alliance vs Sigma game 2 was pretty good. Back and forth, some interesting item choices and plays.
dota_minimap_misclick_time "0" //Removes delay before allowing input on minimap. This one is good. There's a default 0.2s delay when you issue move commands to the minimap. It supposedly helps with not misclicking and turning around, but many people think it just makes using the minimap to move slower and I don't think you can argue with that.
Yeah, there's a lot of useless stuff on /r/dota2, but I just ignore it most of the time, I don't really mind it.

fata is a really good mid tho (also his mek on dk wtf) and singsing is a pretty terrible mid

iceiceice played invoker twice in the series and went mek both times. 430 played invoker in the second game and their death prophet made mek. He still went necrobook after midas.
