Nvm, the Meepo bug was fixed, dev.dota just forgot to remove it from the list it seems. Still, plenty of heroes have been released in a very under or overpowered state because of bugs. | ||

While it's true that this version creates scenarios where you don't get a proc at all, it's equally often that you get TWO full attacks at max IAS because if the 0.5s buff applies right at the end of the an attack, you'll get the increased IAS for one full attack and the start of the next attack--which will carry through the entire following attack because of the AS bug. On average this means that for damage, MoC is equivalent to the WC3 DotA version of the skill because the times where you get 2 full attacks of max IAS cancel out the times where you get no extra attacks--the problem is that with this implementation, the amount of lifesteal you get is totally fucked: - If you do not get an attack during MoC, you do not get ANY lifesteal - If you get 2 attacks during MoC, the skill is currently coded to only give you lifesteal on one of those attacks. Basically if Valve just always guarantees that MoC gives you the lifesteal for at least one attack and allows double lifesteal on the case where you get the AS buff on 2 attacks, it would be functionally different, but essentially equivalent to the WC3 functionality. | ||

it crashes if MoC procs and there's nothing you can hit nearby, so ranged shit crashes the game now, lol Otherwise the new implementation works a lot better | ||

Anyway, I think valve's master plan is to make the arcana LC work properly with MoC so that more people buy the arcana item. Thoughts? PS: The "Exalted" quality on the new arcana is clearly a subliminal message to all PoE players. | ||
