BD regen would've just been completely immunity to damage if it was against some sort of rules, they think BD regen was implemented because BD is bad, i mean if i'm a lycan with necro 3 AC and so on, why shouldn't i be allowed to kill towers as i want if the enemies aren't in position to defend them? o_o
Lots of old tournaments and leagues had some pretty arbitrary rules (only 1 sheepstick, etc.). I think the no BD rule came out of a time when measures against those sort of things weren't hard coded into the game yet.
I don't think there's been a no-BD rule in tournaments for quite some time, though they definitely did exist in the past (I remember when 2009 commentated the KS vs FTD replay from SMM 2009, he noted that SMM 2009 was notable at the time for not having no-BD rules).

hope sing2 replace him with someone who is actually good since valve wants stable teams for TI2.

So I have my items bound to 1-6, and sometimes when I'm double tapping one of them for a potion or tp it doesn't go off and I have to manually click and click, does this happen to anyone else? It has screwed me over sometimes in a small fight where I would have lived if the pot had gone off when i wanted it to, I get very sad

^ ye it happened alot to me too, especially when during battle etc. not sure if it is the game or human error but my tp tends to always working as i wanted but i cant seem to auto use my salve at times lol

I was thinking why the hell this force staff doesnt work when it matters
my theory is that in battle you spamclick a lot and if you click between the keypresses it won't count as a double tap. I will test it out more.
this would explain why TPing home usually works for everyone, noone clicks while trying to TP.

seriously this furion + Show Spoiler +, always tp away when he is almost full hp/mana BACK TO BASE (or back to jungle which is even worse.....)?! if he had a brain the top t2 would have been gone ages ago.
