@Kuroeeah: Kinda. Low prio is a lot like old bnet pubs. Not something I'd want to play all the time but quite hilarious at times. DC's everywhere, awful strats and flaming abound. Playing a game or 2 of it might give you a superiority complex though lol.

There is a red text appears above the server map and tells you you are in LP for xx time. I heard in 48 hours, you have only one right to have a leave. Also queue times at least tripled; disconnects, flames, noobs and tards are 10 times higher than normal. You'd understand when it happens.

Low priority shows up as red text above the little world map in the "Play" -> "Find Match" area where the big "Find Match" button is. It will say "you are in low priority for X:XX:XX due to abandons or player reports" (or something like that).
You can only get it for being reported or for abandoning though, and its pretty hard to miss. Any low-prio player in your party will pull the whole party to low-prio WHILE PLAYING WITH THEM (the text will say what player is responsible for the party being in low prio). Its always temporary but you can get weeks of it I believe if you are a "serial offender".

Plus I need to win this long lane vs Gyro+disruptor+furion so PL could have a head up in farm when it comes to carry vs carry.

Given how disruptor could cancel BH at 9000 range away, I picked Lich.
Lane phase went decently, I generally won my lane by getting decent level and denying off cd. They tried to push with catapult at 4 mins but i managed to held that solo and furion went back to jungle. 1 min after that an asshole kotl spent a TP up and steal my last hit and level.... (What?) So the entire jungle bottom is not used, the BH has free pressure on the ursa and the PL is completely open to gank. Then the kotl start moving around, eventually went back top and spam so the Gyro has good farm again and my level 6 is delayed....
From there on I just camped on the fact that as long as i dont die, we could aim for a much stronger late game. The PL has much better farm than the gyro but he is still a long way from the point where we could have taken fights with him in it. They never could take mid since kotl and PL pushed the other 2 side lane way too hard forcing them to defend. Our map control mid game were superior and they have to waste gold+ward around roshan spott to shut down ursa. Midas is pretty much the perfect choice given how I cant touch lane creep without dying or interrupting our core's farm. It also provides me good exp source heading into ultra late game.
Late game was pretty much a series of inexperienced BH/furion overextending themselves. The enemy team pretty much committed suicide at least 3 times while their gyro still have nothing bc they had no map control mid game. Our advantage snowballed and we took the game.
Conclusion: You tried way too hard vs incompetent enemies.
Its not hard to earn a win in pub games. There are a lot of way to just completely fuck the entire enemy team over depends on how uncoordinated they are which make win or lose doesnt matter as much. The fun of pub games is when you have a close game where both teams perform at the same pace, trading equal blows into late game and creating more unique situations that could give you unique experience that you can hardly find/learn elsewhere. Other than that, pub games is nothing more than a boring display of dota where immature players trying to compare their epenis to buff their ego.
wow turns out writing my thoughts down directly would result in some terrible english. on a non-related note, just reinstalled LoL. Gona do some study on their report/reward as well as ranking ladder system. Any advice?

Why doesn't Luna have cosmetic items yet? In fact, instead of Valve releasing items over and over again for heroes that have so much already, why not give the ones who don't have one yet?

The only job Valve does regarding items is map the character layout properly so people can make and release cosmetic items for them. This has not been done for 1/3 of the hero pool yet.

I have this thing called strategic report where i only spent my reports on players that is more likely to get muted. Got at least 5-6 muted each week :-/ Dirty but effective.
