Bear is like one of the least luck-intensive heroes in the game, if Admiral Bulldog's unreal potency with it is anything to go on. Skill is the antithesis of luck, and if one person can take a hero so much farther than everyone else, there must be a hell of a lot of skill compared to the luck involved in that hero.

I know, it shocks me too when I can't get three roots on three heroes in three hits and they somehow kill me.
You can sure as hell bet that I'll complain in allchat about the RNGG though
1) Get first root 2) Put a skill point into summon bear so RNG gets resetted. Proceed to root again. 3) Resummon bear for final KO root.

Pretty sure you can't be 0/20, mathematically speaking. It's a 20% chance to proc so the maximum amount you can go without landing one is probably ~15? Something like that.
Edit: Dota 2 wiki says 17, so you can go 0/17, which is close enough. Gotta love dat RNG.

If you are referring to the next balance patch aka "version" (likely 6.79) the answer is no. Especially since IceFrog traditionally adds new hero(es) in "X.X9" patches, which means that he has to do that not just make balance changes.
People expect/are hoping soon since TI3 was recently and they figure IceFrog should have got some ideas from that, but nobody really knows.

No those are to abuse the cooldown, since a root triggers a 5 second cooldown, which you can bypass by resummoning or putting another point into the bear. It has nothing to do with PRD though.
Anyone know whats in the update? I had real trouble getting dota 2 work after, and I see most of my friends pop in and out of the game several times trying to make it work as well.
