I think Valve should change the way the up/down voting system for observers works, should be only able to vote after the game ends or at like last 10 minutes because there are so many people upvoting games as soon as they begin so this really doesn't tell you much about whether watching the game is worth it or not. Luckily there are still TL polls remaining ![]()

Nevertheless, since we're on the subject, let me just point out that there is no way that Valve didn't lose millions on TI3, unless you count Compendium purchases, in which case they probably only lost a little bit. Let's think about the expenses: - Rent a big concert hall for a week, hire some outside staff to act as ushers for that week. - Hire a huge production crew and rent equipment for one week. - Fly a bunch of people to Seattle, often from countries from which plane tickets are very expensive. - Host a bunch of people in a downtown Seattle hotel for a week. - Build a stage (not from scratch, admittedly) - Put a bunch of Valve employees to work organizing/running the event and not building value for the company (opportunity cost). - Prize pool - Misc expenses (food for players / advertising for the event itself) And the revenues: - Secret shop sales (which come to think of it would be considerable) So, yes, it cost millions to run. Unless you have some source that says otherwise? EDIT: Let me reiterate: If you read my posts carefully you will see that I am not arguing that it is unlikely that Valve will host TI4. Nor am I arguing that it is not in their best interest to do so. When I was at TI3, I was surprised how low cost it looked. I'm not saying it was cheap, but they didn't have to do create much for presentation. The hall was already there, and I'm guessing most events, including gaming events, have sound people, video people. I mean, there was the little bruno maelk 2gd merlini desk, there were the little team booths they created for people to play in, and the secret shop construction, and some tvs they peppered all over the place, but the rest was already there at benayaro hall. Flying people in and feeding them and paying workers is pricey, but not business event pricey.

Cool feature Speaking of guides is there a way to have your pinned guides always up as soon as the game starts instead of having to wait for the game to load it?

Unfortunately not since they're retrieving the guides you subscribed (pinned) through the cloud (or through another part of your game as I've noticed they are also saved locally). It's weird. For guides you previously used in one session, they'll load much faster. Each time you restart the client, the loading is restarted sadly. I talked to a dev. about it, but instead we squashed several other bugs and issues. Cloud storage is just slow ):

Hopefully it attracts more users to consider these guides.

He is a terrible jungler if your opponents have any clue of the game and take a small peek into your jungle just to find you on 30% hp because you did not get lucky spawns :/

NJP, Ench and Chen are what I consider top junglers I think. Engima farms really well too though, especially when you want that very fast blink! LS farms jungle much slower, but it is easier and you can get midas at around 7 to 7:30, so it isn't too bad in public games and letting your allies get more exp. I've played at least a few hundred games of Lifestealer (off-hand, but he's considered one of my most-played).
