You guys have got to remember that different parts of the world had different preferences when it came to which name they used. Most of the world uses 'Sven', but there are a few places that use 'Rogue Knight' or RK. It's usually due to that rather than simply 'trying to be elitist'.

Really not sure how the chinese teams get to this stage tbh, seems like a chaos in their circle since this march while TF (being the inconsistent one) and DK get to pull their shit together, DK played so damn bad back then but i have been believing them and they really come back to their top form (i wouldn't say their best form though).
And iG has been in a slump after they lost to TF back in DSL in May but last night when they played against Zenith i saw the iG that i was a big fan of, the line up and the movement of the players suddenly make sense again. Hopefully they really get their shit together since last night.

This year the overall performance from Chinese teams (except for DK besides some blunders) is just really, really disappointing. What's wrong with Hao? He's been pretty consistent. He's had some bad games but not his fault really. If you wanna point fingers at anyone on TF it should be Mu, he's been the most feared weaver in china for so long and when he plays it mid he just falls apart for some reason. All his games don't have that crushing dominance in the mid lane like they've had in the months leading to TI3. Some change has to come to many of the teams, it seems to me they aren't adjusting too well to new strats.
Hao and Mu both have those "Ooops" moments where they just completely screw up and get caught way out of position. Seems to be Hao for me more often lately. =P
After sleeping over it what really annoys me the most so far is how LGD refused to play the kind of things that made them great in the last couple of months. Have to pick Magnus, have to put Yao mid. iG just being iG I guess. But yeah overall none of the other Asian teams are on the same level as DK which is awkward as hell.

A question from a Starcraft fan: In esports, do Dota2 and MOBA games in general have the problem of optimal builds which lead to the lack of diversity in strategy and unit/hero compositions like in the case of Starcraft?
I want to limit the discussion to professional plays.
I know nothing deep about DOTA2 and MOBA but I was thinking about the lack of diversity in strategy and unit compositions in starcraft. One matchup will end up with a optimal or a few near optimal builds which lead to a few similar strategies and unit compositions over time. For example, TvP in SC2 is always Bio + Viking, in BW it's always vulture, tank, goliath. This happens to all matchups but some have more diversity than others.
So my question is that Do Dota2 and MOBA games in general suffer from the same problem? Or that MOBA games have an extremely large variety of variable compositions of heroes, spells, items? So that MOBA games are more diverse and more fresh every time you watch?

He already got a pretty big nerf on his Rage hp the last patch. I don't believe he's not overpowered and I think he's a really cool hero to watch, because he's so flexible in that he can be played as multiple roles, and also mulitple skill builds and item builds on each of those roles.
Prophet on the other hand... every game it's midas shadowblade and splitpushing....
