Not adding Abaddon to CM I understand, but Elder Titan has been in Dota 2 since early May. Teams have had 3 months to practice with him and nobody can seriously argue that adding him to CM would shake up the meta remotely as much as 6.78 did. Ofc it's too late now but with 4(ish) heroes missing from Dota 2's CM mode that are enabled in Dota 1's CM mode, it just doesn't feel like an entirely valid tournament without those heroes. ( Even if they're not picked or banned, they could possibly influence which heroes are picked or banned simply by being in the pool. If you're wondering which 4 heroes I'm referring to, they are Elder Titan, Abaddon, Legion Commander & Terrorblade. I'm excluding Techies for obvious reasons . . . .) In terms of Valve's priority however, cosmetics > all other content. Understandable since Valve still needs to make money after all, as much as the people from this forum hate to admit hahaha: http://dev.dota2.com/showthread.php?t=100261 Hopefully by TI4 we'll have the last ten heroes ported over. | ||

I got a venge item, but was also disappointed that the other items didn't have as cool an effect as the others did. 2. Valve listens! And it was a pretty quick remedial measure, really. SC2 takes months to finally nerf/buff things. 3. Cooler item effects is never a bad thing. | ||
