Broodmother crushes OD if she lasthits well until Soul Ring. He can't deal with Spiderlings and Soul Ring supports your Spiderling spam entirely.

Well, the nice thing about having him mid is that he is almost always in range to spam shrapnel on the other tower, even if he is losing the lane. That skill is awesome.
I'd say sniper vs spectre. A lot of melee heroes are pretty good at assisting ganks, and a lot of low armor ones have some sort of strong stun. I guess spectre still has a slow...but shes such a weak laning hero (1v1) that I can't think of anyone else worse.

Again, my analogy is this.
Being drunk and losing to ES mid as OD is kind of like accidentally sleeping with that ugly girl at the bar. You normally would never have done it if you were drunk, but weird things happen.

Well there are 4 pro teams and 4 amateur teams, basically.
I'm not really interested in arguing the semantics of the 4 amateur teams being "sponsored" or whatever, the point is that there are 2 distinct tiers of team in these finals
