It's not really the same as BF BH because the big issue with BF BH is that you are not supposed to be farming, you are supposed to be killing. A farming Kunkka isn't that bad, but you already farm pretty well without it and you can fight early really well with other items, so it's just not really optimal. | ||

Some people get BF on Kunkka because it enables you to farm freely and fast, as it fixes your problems with regen. Kunkka doesn't really kill jungle camps that fast with a shadow blade first, especially when he can't use a torrent, so you end up tanking the creeps for a pretty good while. A bfury not only lets you kill camps fast, it allows you to use your torrent more and heals you up after. It's perhaps not worth the cost and not really useful at all for what you'll be doing later in the game, regardless of the cleave stack, when regen isn't your issue, and it gives you much lesser midgame potential which is the heros primary strength in competitive games, but the #1 reason why people still do it is because it unarguably feels like the nicer progression as you farm fast and don't have to worry about going to base and whatnot. I've never seen anyone get bfury in competitive games, for good reason, but these are the reasons people in pubs sometimes opt for it. Most decent Kunkkas will opt for a bottle instead, but that doesn't entirely fix his problems (and certainly not if you don't have the rune luck and/or don't spend most of your time mid). You often see casual rings of health when laning in the safelane, even. After that the item progression is beyond obvious, of course. | ||

you get 1 more slash than you do in hon, linkens doesn't block it, each slash does slightly more damage, and plus jugg doesn't carry nearly as hard as swiftblade since he doesn't get counterattack and can't autoattack during spin bfury isn't common on kunkka. it's okay as an all-in-one farming item, since it covers your hp regen and mp regen, but generally other items work much better (like lothars + bottle) bfury + lothars ohkos creep waves which is kinda fun tho | ||
