Ursas, both Satyrs, wolves, or golems get you immediate level 2. A normal Furion needs to do at least 3 camps to hit level 3, when you can usually hit 2 with just 1 camp cliff jungling. Just never risk it if the other team also has a jungler. Its basically an all-in to get FB at level 2 except pub Furions just farm with it, so its terrible. Its the equivalent of 4-pooling and then droning instead of attacking with it.

Of the non-level 6 hard camps, only the ursa will get you level 2. And 2 treants do a little less damage than your hero, so 4 treants clearing the hard camp can do it almost 3x as fast. If you get the level 6 satyr camp, I think it will be really bad because of regen. If you camp a medium camp and get ogres, you're in really bad shape since they give the same xp as a ghost/harpy camp and have like triple the hp. Some tests: with claws of attack wildkin takes until 1:23, so :53 seconds. Centaur you kill the centaur in 1:03, entire camp dies at 1:18. I think if you got wildkin or centaur you should probably port right after you kill the level 5 and not waste time on the level 1's/2's. Ursa 1:34, so 64 seconds. Satyrs, low armor makes it faster than i thought. 1:16 to kill the level 6 and 4. If you take two camps, you have to port, so that's 50 seconds without teleport. With jungle, getting trolls then rotating to medium golems, I got 2 at like :53 (23 seconds, cleared the camp at :58), and cleared golems and got level 3 at 1:28. This was with 4 branches. So I can get level 3 12 seconds later than a cliffer can get level 2 on satyrs. If I really wanted to, I could also go all in with claws of attack or a null.

My question is: How much farm do you need on QoP? What are the ideal item progressions?

In the LGD Dreamz game for instance QoP went for a linkens -> Ag build and had a farm priority of 2. Their strategy is to split push because they're never going to win a straight up fight. Ag is picked up for the wave clear so that if LGD ever try to go up the middle QoP can clear the wave before it removes Backdoor protection.

The problem for me when it come to QoP is that i dont understand what kind of hero is she. Generally it is quite hard for me to balance out when to farm, when to gank which often lead to the lack of gold/exp late game. Watching TI3 Eastern qualifier last night, QoP farm priority is pretty much equal to hard carry times to times plus the lack of aggressive ganking play post 6 and mainly stay in lane to shut down lane presence of the enemy solo. My question is: How much farm do you need on QoP? What are the ideal item progressions? she can be an early game-mid aggressive hero with a lot of ganks and prioritizing aghanims and stuff like that, she can work as a late game semi carry with stuff like mkb and sheep or she can be utility late with shiva sheep euls or some such.

Also like merlini said, I think it's better to go aghs as a second item choice when you have ult levels.

After you get orchid, sheep or bkb nothing else you get really makes you that much better except I guess aghs. She doesn't scale like storm or anything. Early levels is best. Nowadays I think she's played more as a 3 than a 2. Also like merlini said, I think it's better to go aghs as a second item choice when you have ult levels. whats merlini said?

He said yesterday during the TI3 eastern qualifiers that people used to go aghs first, but now people are realizing it's better to go aghs second when you're gonna be around level 16. You're also gonna have more of a mana pool to use it and make use of the 40 second cooldown.
