Other than that i think she is fast enough, has a nice turn animation. Her projectile is quite slow which is annoying so more base dmg :D.
And an int buff because she is so mana starved after arrow, leap, starfall.

People always suggest increasing it, but what is the point of even having different movement speeds for heroes if the one that has a lower one just gets increased to the normal level? It's what I like about how Icefrog approaches balance--he finds unique ways to make heroes stronger rather than just buffing their weaknesses and making everything feel same-y. And I'm pretty sure you can't say 4.2 Agi gain was precedented in any way, or "same-y".

So, 1s stun, small dmg buff for some seconds; 5s stun, huge dmg buff for some seconds. The problem is that arrow already does a lot of damage. If you change it so it starts off at a lesser damage, it nerfs the hero. If you leave it at its current damage and add bonus damage on top of that, there are some trilanes that could absolutely abuse this. If you want to buff arrow, change something about it to make it easier to hit (projectile speed, imo) or more rewarding but not changing the scale of damage (AOE stun, stun on single target and slow in an area around it) Not bonus dmg to the arrow itself, but to your auto-attacks for a short time.

The hero being problematic had much more to do with Tranquils being stupid, and KotL being equally stupid, and the fact that the hero is only situationally picked after nerfs to both proves this. And I'm pretty sure you can't say 4.2 Agi gain was precedented in any way, or "same-y". Eh, it was a joke. But, the hero really became prevalent after the buff (and was almost invisible beforehand), and it boosted him from being a hard carry to being a "really hard" carry. More or less, it was an example of icefrog just buffing via straight number buffs rather than anything creative.

See, that's a bit of a misattribution because prior to late 6.74/early 6.75, Tranquils hadn't been explored thoroughly as an option for making this class of carry (carries with in-built farming power but whose item development would previously be slowed buying laning items like Vanguard/HoD). Luna also falls into this category and she was really only thoroughly explored as a hero after Zhou showed everyone Tranquils Luna at TI2. She likewise came into the spotlight not because of any buffs, but because of the Tranquil's buff--and PL was an even BIGGER benefactor from Tranquil's than Luna was (weaker inherent laning, worse alternatives to Tranquils). The hero was already getting explored as an option in Chinese pub play at that point before the 6.75 buff. 4.2 Agi gain certainly helped the hero a lot, but Tranquils were still the real catalyst to him becoming strong.

I mean, I think he would be a little less relevant in these days already, but nerfing his damage + nerfing force staff + nerfing drums... Come on froggy.

Watched some replays from yesterday's games from TI3 qualifiers this morning, didn't crash once mine crashed twice. gave up lol. when i was watching live last night it crashed my computer too. This is getting very very annoying. CRASHES EVERY SINGLE TIME. But I don't have a problem watching live though. Just the replays.

If you want a hero with really low base damage just wait for Techies (though iirc his damage also got buffed at some point). There's also SF. People always suggest increasing it, but what is the point of even having different movement speeds for heroes if the one that has a lower one just gets increased to the normal level? This. If he's going to buff Mirana, I'd rather buff her in a a way that's more distinct, rather than just buffing her base damage just because people are annoyed with it. It's what I like about how Icefrog approaches balance--he finds unique ways to make heroes stronger rather than just buffing their weaknesses and making everything feel same-y. Personally, I liked N3komata's suggestion for how to buff PotM--which is to increase the MS/AS buff on Leap, particularly on the low ranks. A 4% MS/AS buff on the first rank is almost inconsequential, and since Leap is typically maxed last, you stay on that 4% buff for a long time. If Leap's MS/AS buff started at 10% and scaled to 22%, it would be much nicer to have at low levels. Buffing spells at early levels (especially lvl 1) is just as generic and has been done many times before (not saying it's a bad thing in general or that it would be a bad idea to buff lvl 1 Leap, I just find that reasoning weird).

Yeah, not arguing that point, but rather was just pointing out that was how icefrog chose to buff him . Preaching to the choir otherwise. The 4.2 didn't hurt though.
