Well the people they do have stuff for right now seems to be Elder Titan, then Legion Commander, then Abaddon. I feel like we'd see Abyssal Lord before Phoenix or Xin tbh. So maybe he's 4th on the list and will come out right after TI3? I can't see them getting everyone in before TI3 though. Just still too many for that sort of thing IMO. | ||

With only ten heroes left to port over, I would hope that Valve could have all of them released by TI3, but as posters have already mentioned, this is looking unfeasible unless they return to the 2 hero or even 3 hero release plan. Right now if they release a hero once every three weeks, starting with Elder Titan next week, they'll have everyone ported over by early November. Personally I think it should be utmost priority getting the remaining heroes ported over because you can't have a "true" dota 2 tournament when you're missing heroes who are supposed to be part of the tournament roster. This is especially true when you consider the effects this will have on bans, which may lead to different heroes slipping into matchups that your opponents don't really want to face against. (Ex. banning Bat & Magnus and allowing Phoenix, Arc Warden and/or Ember Spirit into the draft, all of whom are supposedly considered "OP" in the Dota 1 community. Obviously techies wouldn't have a major impact on the current meta, so there is some variability.) A larger roster provides better opportunities for brilliant and unique plays/strategies that the International is famous for producing. | ||

Even on level 1, 16s cooldown, remove all disables and debuffs from target ally, 800 cast range! You also give them some nice HP regen and attack speed for 4 seconds. Overwhelming Odds is then a 1k cast range aoe nuke, which should be good for stopping pushes. Legion Commander is the new tier 1 support, calling it now. | ||
