On the other hand its so easily abused by stacks on either side as the threshold is so low for a ban. The chatwheel reinstatement is a definite good move as well. Overall I think I'm honestly in favour of the chat ban tbh. Its interesting to see some people seriously say "I only told him to stop fucking feeding noob" and think thats ok. Hell this ban has definitely helped me not flame people as well..

IRC chatter should remain in IRC - http://webchat.quakenet.org/?channels=tl.dota2 Posts that relate to topics with their own thread, such as in News, Tournaments or Strategy should go in those threads.

In the end the idea has merit. It still needs some work, but if your team often believes they are better off not having to listen to you, perhaps you are not being as helpfull as you think you are. I wouldn't think it would be wrong if every case you get reported by all 4 members of your team, you have your chat privileges revoked for the remainder of the match, as long as the ban is lifted as soon as the game ends if it's not a repeated offense. The issue is that it could lead to griefing, but even if it's an unjust ban, if all 4 players don't want to talk to you, it's not like you really have a reason to talk to them.

Taking away his chat rights feels better than just making him feel like he is talking to himself, so he can go to the QQ thread complain about queuing with people that don't know how to communicate or even believe nationality had something to do with it. It's not a huge diference, but I think it's good when the both sides know what is actually happening. Reporting and saying "reported" in chat feels really childish to me, in this case it would only happen if everyone had the same idea.

It sounds stupid, but his second skill and his ultimate are not affected by illusions - which means you can find the real PL early on. He also has a silence + magic resist removal in one skill, both of which hurts PL badly(since he has a high magic resistance thanks to his ultimate). Finally, he has an overall insane damage to deal on other enemies, being a really good mid hero.

Skywrath Mage is a fun hero, like timbersaw, but pretty pointless in a real game. It has no real team fight ability except the ancient seal, and is extremely gankable. Nyx and pugna counters it too much. I don't ever use Skywrath when there's either hero on the field. And I go nyx when I see a Skywrath. Easiest kills of my life

Max poison sting first along with venom gale. Skip ulti on most cases too and wait until Lvl. 9 to get that. easy pub stomp. as long as gale doesn't miss, it's most certainly a kill.
