He doesnt really win the lane, but rather sits there and farms it while being hard to kill with his blink and spell resistance. Now that I think about it, it might have to do with the fact bottle crow isnt possible and with his blink he can control runes so the other guy mid can't just nuke down the waves.

I get this once in a every few games and it hasn't bothered me so far since it's always been convenient timings with it but today I looked like a retard auto-attacking a Slardar as a Rubick and dying during laning phase. This also made me lose my cool after our good start and made me die more unnecessary deaths.

Check mouse batteries if wireless, reinstall drivers, reinstall dota 2.

To be fair you pretty much LRed your game here, how about we keep those kind of games to ourselves and move on, those kinds of comments should be done to friends over IRC/Skype or Steam, not in this thread. Anti-Mage is not a terrible mid laner but because he has zero impact in the early to midgame is not a good hero to go mid with.

Basically, is getting a late midas (thinking like ~12-14 minutes) a bad choice? I feel like Sylla already gets more out of midas than most heroes because of root and it seems like during that period of time you're already playing catch-up and farming/splitpushing towers, so having an armlet or maelstrom a little earlier wouldn't really make much of a difference. I guess armlet has a nicer buildup with the helm of iron will but I don't think that's really a big deal. I never see pros do it on Sylla but I've seen people do it on Furion lately (rushing mek -> midas or just getting one later after a bad start). Anyone have any thoughts? Depends on alot of factors, mostly if u think u can win the lategame and have a comp that can hold midgame while u spend 2k on a useless item then yes. If not then don't buy it.

Like, in pubs if you get items that let you kill things, you're pretty much always going to be able to kill things because people make more mistakes that get them killed and in general are less coordinated about saving people/counter-killing.
