Also, just to clarify. I don't smurf for the reason of stomping noobs, so I hope people aren't getting that impression, lol. I still primarily queue with friends on my smurfs, so the games are still in very high regardless because of it skewing more toward the higher players. And if I do solo my smurf it's after like 20 games and I'm in VH anyways, and the people you queue against are also VH smurfs with 20 games.

I think I found it. You were Bane iirc. It shows your name as anonymous so you didn't have match sharing on for that game.

I don't think so. You can view the replay though, that will show names. But I was just saying it's probably the reason you can't find it.

I made a smurf once. After 3 games I couldn't breathe anymore I was laughing so hard. It was called the "Tax Collector" and all I did was pick AA or furion and run around ks'ing across map yelling "TAX TIME". You just can't get that same level of trolling without smurfing...

Within a few games you get into at least ballpark of where you were/should be.

Well yes, but if you don't pick the lower alternatives you hopefully get matched up with people who has gotten past their initial impression. Even if it doesn't make a difference to you, you can avoid smashing people taking their first trembling steps into the genre.

That's the point though. If you pick the medium or high skill option, then in those first few games, you're not ruining the experience for players who selected low/medium.
Each game has 9 other players in it, even if it only takes you 3-4 more games to move to where you should be, that's like 30 people who got terrible games because you crushed so hard.

Soul catcher last can be viable if you think disruption twice per fight is more useful.
Soul catcher is shadow demon's least reliable spell with disruption being point click and shadow poision being AOE there is little reason to max soul catcher unless you have another support with a huge nuke.

was that it doesn't matter at all what option you pick if you're a decent player who is solo smurfing. The first few games will be 30-0 stomps most of the time, so either way you would be ruining the game if you are a good player, even if you choose Familiar or Experienced. However, the options do have significant importance for actual new players. The small differences between someone who has no idea, and a small idea, is massive.
Picking experienced might help a little bit, because those 9 players may not be as discouraged after getting destroyed as someone completely new, but it still won't save them from getting stomped.(obviously not 100% of the time.)

I hope this wasn't directed at me, lol. I stated last page, or the one before last, that I don't make smurfs to stomp new players, and I queue the first 20 or so games with people I know who are page 1-10 players anyways. Or at the least they are VH players, so the games aren't against new players. Although some of them are still stomps because that's what happens when you stack

not dying, farming well, contributing to his team's win basically.
Burning is probably unparalleled in being able to pull his team to a win single-handedly.
