I mean, when a fight ends, its pretty normal to talk about what went wrong from the other team, or if a team is pushing a team is trading, its pretty normal to talk about whether the trade was good or not. If a pick is weird, it might be normal to talk about whether a pick fits well or if banning a hero makes sense or not. I really didn't get this impression at all, his commentary was very good for me. | ||

Asian commentary (both Chinese DotA commentary as well as Korean Starcraft commentary) has no qualms with being frank about teams' shortcomings (even poking fun at exceptionally poor play on occasion) and I think it's better for it. | ||
