I realize N0Tail's video is available, but is it the best for pub games? I'm trying to play only Meepo to sort of feel loose about the game and get comfortable with some fun, but challenging heroes. I used to go RoP + 2 branches (and consumables) into Tranquil's and then Meka with Vlad's (I usually can't go straight Aghanim's, I'm not that good). But recently, going Shield + 2 branches into PMS, Tranquil's and then getting treads with Vlad's is working out well. I end with Heart then AC. But what do you guys suggest? edit: I always get Agh's after meka or vlad's, depending how well I'm doing. | ||

Blink too. I think Notail often gets Aghs and Blink as his first two major items, with Tranquils and possibly a Sage's Mask for RoB switching on the way, occasionally Vlads before either but I don't know what conditions determine that. | ||

I think a good justification for going Aghs as the first major item rather than Vlads/Mek is that the extra Meepo helps you farm and level even faster. Afterwards you can just forgo the Blink and go straight for Reaver -> Heart.[EDIT] Actually, regarding finishing Heart or not, I think SpiZe is right, a second Reaver is more cost-efficient, though there's not actually much in it (assuming I did the numbers right, It's just over 7% more cost-efficient strictly in terms of the strength). | ||
